The following Calming Co Gift Card Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to your purchase, acceptance, and use of any Calming Co gift card (“the gift card”). The Agreement is between you and the Calming Co. By purchasing, accepting, or using the gift card, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.


About the Gift Card
The gift card can be loaded with a dollar value and used to purchase goods from the Calming Company. The gift card may not be used to purchase other gift cards and is not redeemable for cash except as required by law. The gift card balance never expires, and no fees are charged in connection with its use. The gift card is not a credit or debit card.

The maximum balance for a gift card is $1000 USD.


Use
The gift card is redeemable only for purchases of goods at calmingco.com. The gift card is not refundable or redeemable for cash unless required by law.
Cards are not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use the gift card under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Agreement.


Expiration and Fees
The gift card does not expire, and no fees are charged for its use.


Unauthorized Transactions and Lost or Stolen Gift Cards.
You should treat the gift card like cash and not disclose your gift card information to anyone unless you are granting them permission to use the gift card. Anyone who has the gift card information, even if the information is lost or stolen, may use the gift card. You are responsible for all transactions on your gift card, including unauthorized transactions.

If Calming Co reasonably believes that the use of the gift card is unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful, it may limit the use of the gift card. Calming Company has no liability to you for any third-party fraud or unlawful activity associated with your gift card balance.


Changes to the Agreement.
Calming Co reserves the right to amend this Agreement. Amendments will be posted to this page. The amendments will be effective as of the time of posting if not otherwise specified within the posting. Your use of the gift card after any amendments have been posted will constitute your agreement to the amendments.
